Mother 3

Mother 3, is the long awaited sequel to earthbound and hands down my favorite game of all time. Released in Japan for the Game Boy Advance, this game unfortunately did not have a North American released meaning its impossible to play in North America. This game is amazing, its story has so much detail, and even heartbreaking scenes, i cried at points while playing this game, and i can say no game has made me feel this way ever. The game play is fantastic, its fighting system is precised, it really challenges your reflexes and timing, very memorable characters and much more, and i am so surprised that it did not release in north America. However people have never stop fighting for the game, Mother fans all around the world are still battling for a north american release, 

hope for the game rises because on June 14 2015 as earthbound Beginnings was released, because this game was also only released in Japan, this proves that mother 3 could happen. i really loved the characters, Some of them had really enjoyable humor, i really like how the game starts as small town, one day is hit with tourist who influence money in the town to turn it into a city, now that not the games story at all, the story is about a boy named Lucas who lost his mom young, and his brother went to avenge her and never came back. In the meantime, the group none as the Pigmasks try to rule the world. Also i loved the difficulty, for me the game was decently difficult meaning i could enjoy the games story, and still have a little bit of difficulty, overall i recommend this game to anyone who likes great story, and people who like to feel the emotion to the story.

Marvel Vs Capcom

Marvel vs Capcom is a crossover series published by Capcom featuring characters from Marvel Comics and Capcom characters. The first game was released in 1994 named X-men Children of the Atom but was changed in the next installment to Marvel vs Capcom to better fit the games theme. The game features many faces such as Iron Man, The Hulk and Capcom characters such as Megaman, Ryu and ect.. The fighting game genre has 2 people fighting at once, when the one fighter runs out of HP (health points) the player loses.I love how this game has not only superheros that can fight each other, the first time you could do this in video games, but having some of my favorite video game characters in it as well. I remember playing this when i was young, i always played as Megaman¸ since he was the only character i was familiar with at the time, my friend was Ryu, unfortunately i always lost, but its natural since he owned the game. I also have another interesting story about this game, me and Craig went to The Game Md ( a store that sells video games) and we were in there for a long time because we couldn't find anything we wanted, but then Craig finds Marvel vs Capcom 3 and were like, why not, we brought it home played it, and we though it was awesome. We really enjoyed of how good the game looked, the mechanics were very well made, it didn't have any bugs and the game play was very enjoyable. However the game is still cartoon violence meaning that its not for all ages, but its clean, has no blood, very clean for a fighting game, i would recommend 8 and up, anyways its a great game for Capcom or marvel fans.

Mega Man

The Megaman series is a video game series created by Capcom in 1987, it has more then 50 different games on many consoles. the story is something like this, Dr.Light created a android called rock, however after Dr.light counterpart Wily planed to take over the world, Rock was morphed into a battle robot called Megaman, however Dr.Wily created 8 robots of his own to counter him. In the games, who play as megaman who's goes through levels and defeating the 8 robots after beating a robot Megaman will take his powers allowing him to use there abilities., and then making your way to defeat Wily, simple story, however the  Megaman  franchise has multiple series. MegamanX, my favorite series, takes place after the original, Dr.light creates X, a robot similar to Megaman, however it can think and feel like real humans, feared that it could be a threat to the world, X was sent to a testing chamber were he would be tested so long that Dr.light and Dr.Wily would die before Megman X would rise. MegamanX awakes and realizes that a robot Virus infects robots and makes them wreck havoc, so Megaman and his partner Zero and others create a group known as the maverick hunters, who are bent on destroying the infected robots know as mavericks to help keep peace for humans, however when the leader of the maverick hunters gets infected it becomes a war between the mavericks and maverick Hunters. Sorry for ranting, the game feature similar gameplay and are all based on conquering 8 bosses, so it is repetitive but the story in each are different and i love this series as it combines great challenging gameplay with great and memorable characters. I recommend it to anyone who likes plat formers, and like games with alot of difficulty, because i know from experience the game takes patience which is difficult for most but its great in the end.

Mario Kart

The Mario kart series is a go cart style type racing game which features many Mario characters, it was created by Shigeru Miyamoto (general producer of Nintendo, know for the creation of Mario link and many of Nintendo's main mascots) as a spin off to the Mario Bros series, this series has 8 game, the first debuted in 1992 and the newest was launched in 2014. this series has sold over 100 million copies worldwide to date. it success was likely to it featuring characters from the hit series Mario bros and adding  new concepts to racing games. The main mode in the game Grand Prix enters you in a competition with four tracks, every race you get points and whoever has the most points after four races wins. vs allows you to customize your matches to play any race in any order and how many times you want. battles are alot different, there are not races however using items that you will get you must explore around and track and hit opponents to get your team points, after the time runs out, the team with the most points wins.

This game feature 5 difficulty levels 50cc, 100cc, 150cc, mirror and 200cc. 50cc is the slowest difficulty, perfect for first time player still having trouble with drifting and doing tight turns. 100cc is basically the normal mode of the game, most peoples favorite since it has a great enjoyable speed. 150 cc is alot faster making turns much more difficult, mirror oh god, this mode left and right is inverted meaning that in the course if you usually turn left you will go right and vice versa, this mode is difficult as since your so used to the track this will really confuse you. and 200cc, this mode is only in the latest installment, it is insanely fast, almost impossible to drift very difficult. note the higher the level you guy the A.I. also know as computer players get more difficult meaning that you will have more trouble winning the race as well.

Earthbound

Now before you asked, this game is very old, so i do not expect anyone to know what this game is about, however this will make this blog very informing so let me explain. the Earthbound series (know as the Mother series in Japan) is a RPG which stand for role playing game which was Developed by Ape (who is now know as game freak and made pokemon) and Hal laboratory (big developing team for smash). The game consistes of a boy named Ness, who was just a little boy, until one fateful night when a meteor crashed in his hometown and he learned from a bug from the future that he was destined to save the world, yeah a little weird, but a nice beginning as well. thourought the game, he faces many treats, however gatheres friends along the way which yes he was destines to save the world, however it is said that 3 boys and one girl would save it so Ness teams up with them to free the world from evil. I love the game, it has a great soundtrack, its gameplay is very fun, i really like the ennemie and boss designs, and some of the character designs as well. this game though, it wowed me, because of its iconic characters and story, you'll never find such a detailed and even a story that effects your emotion in any other Nintendo game, its definitely in a league of its own. however this game was released in 1995, however it sold poorly in the U.S at those times, however in around 2008, people discovered the greatness of it and now is one of the most expensive games ever, a brand new copy of this game can be sold at around 1 grand, yeah i know its that good, however those you don't want to pay 1000$ on eBay you cant get it on your Wii U for 10$. All around a exceptional game in most aspects and has to be hands down one of my favorite games of all time.

Yes today i will be talking about the sequel to the game five nights at Freddy's. This game was released on November 11th on steam, it is the sequel in game in creation however the game tells a prequel story meaning in the story of the game the events of five nights at Freddy's 2 happens before five nights at Freddy's, however people are still debating if its a sequel or a prequel, even in my group of friends we still fight over it however, that alone gave the game very much attention and it shows that the games creator Scott Cawthon is skilled at creating plots and Storylines. The game takes place in 1987, in a much newer looking more advance resturant, in technology, to me it dose not make sense that a older restaurant can have better technology but its because the budget of that restaurant in 1987 was higher than in the first game which made me understand why it looked newer. like having more cameras a bigger restaurant and more animatronics which are the antagonist in this game. 

You play the role as a security guard named Jeremy fitzgerald, he is different from mike, because he has less protection meaning he learned to be quicker and faster reflexes because he has to deal whith 11 robots that try to kill him and Mike only has to deal whit 4 on the other hand Jeremy restaurant has a unlimited power supply however has no doors making it quite different from the first game. The doors has been replaced whith a freddy head which you put on to trick the animatronics to think your one of them, however 2 of the 11 are not fooled by it meaning you cant have it on all the time. The game is very good, this mechanic to me was more difficult since it gave me little time to react, and the animitronics get very fast which gave me trouble but i like difficulty. In my opinion it was much smoother than the first game, more detail in story and in gameplay however the games difficulty stands out from the rest because having to deal whith 11 animatronics made a few of the games  challenges impossible, some of the best gamers in the world attempted the games ultimate challenge and it took most of them around 9 hours straight to beat it. I attemped but after a few tries i knew that it would take  me a while and i don't have time to play it for nine hours and that is too much for me. However the games difficulty made it fun, and made the game last longer which was a problem with the first one it was too short in my oppinion. The community loves this game, and it even won 2 fear awards which are awards giving to the best selling games and it reviews are overwhelmingly positive meaning that the majority of people who play it like it. I thought at the beginning it was not going to be good but after playing it i really enjoyed it.

Terraria

Terraria, a world of adventure and endless possibility, do you like to build, defend in battle, you can shape the world in anyway you want, this game has limitless possibility meaning that there's something for everyone. start by building a bases then collecting ores, to create weapons and armor to aid your survival. That's what i love about this game, you can do whatever you want with no limitations which is why i have many hours in this game (a whopping 127 hours, yeah that's how much i love this game) and since you can play it whit your friends and its coop ( that means you work together, unlike versus game were you compete against your friends) meaning that's there usually no fights and just a lot of fun because me and my friends always argue in competitive games.

But my favorite thing in the game has to be all the boss fights, Bosses are enemy's that are extremely difficult and are meant to test your abilities and what you have learned , that being said the Bosses in Terraria have amazing designs, and to me are very creative however are difficult, but i really like how there a lot, which most game don't have enough of the enemy's, which really helps to see were you're at and what you need to do to improve similar to a test. However with Terraria, you are able to make battlefields, and strategically modify your terrain to help fighting these which allows you to get creative making it a great game to play for anyone. It was released May 16 on steam and 50000 copies were sold on the first day of its release and 200000 were sold in the first week making it one of the most bought game on steam even beating out the classic portal 2( a very very popular game),  it is also now aviable on various platforms as mobiles and most consoles. I recommend it for anyone who likes to be creative, however even if you don't like to, I'm sure Terraria has something you will like.

Boom Beach

Boom beach is a mobile app game free on all app stores developed by "Supercell" who created clash of clans it was released march 26th 2014. As such, this game is extremely similar to clash of clans. it is a strategy game that relies attacking other people with your troops, defending your base by upgrading your defenses and build other building to aid you throughout the game. At a certain point in the game the player can join groups know as task forces to team up with actual players to destroy very powerful bases. this game uses iron, wood and stone for resources to build, i have a group with my friends so i can tell you that it really encourages team work and strategy which makes it really fun. Gems are used to speed up building processes and can be purchased with real money, similar to games like candy crush utilize actual money. This game is entirely multiplayer meaning you have to be using Internet to play. 

The HQ is probably the most important building of the game, after being upgraded it allows the player to level up buildings farther. give accesses to new buildings and allow the players to build more of already existing buildings they have built meaning more defenses etc.. To attack other bases you use troops as well of other things like missiles to aid your troops in battle, the armory upgrades your troops and upgrading the landing crafts increases the amount of troops you can use making battles easier. This game is one of the most downloaded apps of all, meaning its very popular, it sends no bad messages and is free to play. I love the game, because it features more modern stuff the clash of clans, and buildings upgrades are much faster now, i recommend for anyone who likes strategy. And since its free and very easy to access i recommend anyone to try it out. Its multiplayer setting also makes it fun with friends,

Smash Bros

The smash bros series is a fighting game which crossovers characters from many different Nintendo series, for example link from Zelda, Mario and much more. there are 5 games in the series. Super Smash Bros for the Nintendo 64, it was released in 1999 it featured 12 characters and 9 stages however personnaly it was still fun because it was a classic to me and the N64 is one of my favorite systems my favorite character was ness and its the reason why i love the Earthbound series this game was a classic however its limited stuff is what i dident like. Super Smash Bros Melee was released in 2001 for the Nintendo Game Cube, it featured 26 characters and featured 29 stages i played this alot when i was youg, me and my friend marty would always play this one aand have a super fun time my favorite character was also Ness however i dident like how tourney whith 2 peaple would never work. Super Smash Bros Brawl was released in 2008 this was the first one i ever owned, i loved how they adde a mode whith a storyline which was awsome however little mac was not a playable character in this game , it has 39 playable characters and 39 stages, but for the first time ever it had 2 third party characters, snake from metal gear and sonic from sega. and finally super smash bros for 3ds and Wii U, had many things that crossed between them, it has 51 characters, the most from the series, and features 2 new third party characters, Mega Man from Capcom and Pacman from Namco, also Sonic did return, but unfortunately Snake did not. But despite that it has very many new and fresh characters making it a perfect game for diversity. I love it beacause, they added little mac one of my favorite Nintendo characters, had very good music however it did not have a adventure mode which i wish they would have brought that back, but it is still amazing.


The game is great, its very different from your regular fighting games, but its spectacular and has no vulgar or violent action, so its playable for all ages. i love the series, because it introduced me to many different Nintendo series, and because the gameplay is simply amazing. it was developed by Hal Laboratory, who originally made the Kirby series, but teamed up with Mashiro Sakurai  a Japanese developer who owns Sora Ltd to make this serie possible. In my opinion, it's one of the greatest series of all time; it has amazing music and fantastic gameplay. I recommend it for people who like fighting and action games and multiplayer because this game was designed for 1-4 people making it a great to play with friends, however in smash Wii U you can now play with 8 people, Meaning that you can no longer be that 5th person whos left out and makes it more interesting, more fun however it can get very chaotic, but to me the caoticness in 8 player smash makes it more fun.

It is a indie horror game created by Scott Cawthon, after his first few games failed because of critics saying that the characters look to much like dolls, well instead of giving up he took that and used that to create the ultimate horror game of 2014. I  love the game, but not because of its gameplay, but because of its mystery, the developer put alot of details, however there tricky to find. 

Personally i do not think this game sends a bad message, its story is based on mystery, yes its story can be a bit gore, but there is no vulgar, or anything negative. however its very scary so i recommend to be at least 13 to play. It was released on August 18 on steam (which is a gaming application for PC), and then on the 25 of August  it was released on desura( similar to team, but you download the game from a site). It is only 1 player, making it even more scary, it has very good ratings, and it is 5.49$ on steam. The game is based around in the early 90s, you re a security guard making sure that nothing goes wrong, while making sure to not be killed, by the raging animatronics.

You play as Mike Smitchd, he is a security guard who works at Freddy Fazbears pizza. Your job is to monitor the cameras to view the animatronics, and shut the doors so they don't appear in your office, if they do its game over however you only have a certain amount of power. The community loves the game and really like the, and for good reason, it testes you reaction skills as well as strategic skills to survive while having very hidden secrets forcing the player to dig deeper into the story to unravel the the origin's of the game. a demo was released on indie.db to try out completely free. The trailer down below was released on 14 June 2014 on Scott Official YouTube channel. a sequel for the game was released on November 11 2010, and a 3rd game in the series is still in development. I recommend this game for any Horror fan, and any fan of unraveling secrets. The game mechanics are fun too, but the eerie music and darkness really make it feel like a horror game. To me the scariest thing is the music, the music is perfect to get you scared along whith sound effects of creepy laughs which usally make me jump out of my seats and the fact that i cant run or get away is really scary to me as well.  To me its gameplay is also great, peaple say that it sometimes can be glitchy but to me thats the way it was meant beacause the equipement is old which also helps explain the setting to me as well.
